This is a 4 week class, dates are as follows:

**Cost is $80 for 4 week class ($50 PER sibling)

**Registration fee is $30 (Register and pay by 12/1/2019 and get registration fee refunded during 1st session!)

**Parent/Guardian MUST be present at all times

**All classes are 45 minutes. Should you need to leave early, please let therapist know. We understand and are flexible!

**Minimum of 2 per group MUST BE REGISTERED for active class.
